Suzanne’s Salmon with Parmesan Crust

Ingredients (Serves 2)


  1. Coat the fish in Suzannes Lime Ginger Mustard Seed Dressing and marinade for 30 minutes.
  2. Mix the breadcrumbs with the oil and cheese and place lightly on top of the fish.
  3. Bake Gas Mark 5 /190C for 15 minutes until the topping is lightly brown and crisp.
